I am a sugar flair, who has been baking for 10 years.I obtained my trainings at the women development centre Lagos,mix and bake and Kem confectionaries. I have been training people online and offline on different cakes recipe, Perfecting your Buttercream, Royal Icing and Fondant skills while also selling cake tools.

I started my Baking Journey in 2009. when people did not see the need for perfectly well designed Cakes. As time went by, the Baking world began to change and the need arose for professionals in the field.I train beginners,intermediate and those who want to upgrade their skills.it's a practical and interactive class.my lessons are simple, helpful and understandable. I make use of videos, pictures and lessons material where applicable.I also make use of formative assessment and give project after lessons to know the the level at which I have imparted and cemented the knowledge.
