About Jaclyn

I am a professional athlete certified in both personal training and strength and conditioning. With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry and countless hours spent training as an elite, I have the ability achieve personal fitness goals and to increase exercise adherence through effective fitness programming, ongoing research, and written and verbal communication. In addition, I completed a Bachelor's degree is Recreation and Health Co-operative Education while also playing for the University of Victoria Vikes. Working, competing, and studying simultaneously has given me strong time management and organization skills.

About the lesson

My teaching methods will depend on how the student is able to learn best in order to achieve successful results. My methods will continuously adapt until the student and teaching technique accomplish a match. My client-centred approach will integrate my personality with information appropriate to the student's desires. Presentations will typically involve researched facts about the topic, picture or video demonstrations, and opportunities to ask questions and discuss opinions.
