About Mia Yihan
I am a professionally trained pianist and piano teacher living in Vancouver. I have two master degrees and an artist diploma, all of which are specialized in piano performance and piano pedagogue area. I would like to build healthy relationships with my students on the way of our music journey.

I use different method books depending on the students’ situation and experience. I value my students' individual strength and need, so I plan my lessons for them accordingly. I have students from 3 years old to adult professionals in my studio. I believe music as a subject, not only it can improve students' brain development, coordination, imagination, and memorization but also it helps with students' confidence, emotional intelligence, perseverance and discipline.
