About Jessica

I am an IFBB Pro bodybuilder. I also am a pro powerlifter with national, world, and many state records. I started off overweight and wanted to change my life completely. I began doing group classes for myself, then got hired to be the first trainer at the gym. From there I created my own LLC and started training people not just for weight loss but for transforming their shape, building muscle, and encouraging them to go further. For many years I did every Spartan race you could think of, every ruck race you can think of, half triathlons, pretty much anything that would push me mentally to be stronger I did it. And I got many people to join me in these adventures. I then was told by a group of women that women my age at the time, 37, could never look amazing like the women on stage did for bodybuilding competitions, and I simply did not like that. So that year I signed up for my first competition and told all of them they're going to watch me go through everything, suffer with me, and be at my show, and I was going to show them that anyone could do anything they want as long as they had the push and the dedication to do so. I did both women's physique and figure, ended amazing, and by the next year, I turned Pro at the first national show that I went to. Powerlifting is something I've always loved. I'm a big deadlift fan, I always will be, and I have broken many state and national records. I'm a person who's passionate about trying everything that's in my way so I know what you're going to go through. I will not disappoint. I'm not a typical coach where I just have a check-in once a week; we become friends and we become very close. So no matter what your goals are, I'm sure I can fit the needs.

About the lesson

I have been in the business for 16 years, and want to share my passion with others. From beginners to those who have huge goals, I am here. I only coach in areas I have personally experienced, that way I connect better with you.
