About Kung-fu
I started kung-fu at the age of 7, in Greece, then I continued when I arrived in Switzerland at 12. I have been teaching since I was 16, to children and teenagers, then to adults since I was 19. I have been to China twice, in order to work with Kung-Fu masters and specialists. I also followed teachings of other martial arts to expand my knowledge and to improve my teaching (Capoeira, Muay Thai, English Boxing, Penchak Silat, Viet Vo Dao).
I give private or semi-private lessons because I prefer to have a special bond with my students, and thus build a relationship of trust which will optimize learning.
