I'm a certified Yoga instructor and Pilates instructor with 4 years of experience teaching. My focus is holistic wellness. I believe in creating harmony in our mind, body, and soul through conscious living. I want to share my passions with you and teach you all you need to know about meditation.

I will teach you all the things I wish someone had said to me when I was learning to meditate. It's a practical session with some time to address any questions that may arise during the session, doubts or comments. We can follow the meditation session with some movement (YOGA).

Carolinas understanding of the body is excellent. She always knows exactly what I need to work on to relieve any niggles I have. I leave her classes feeling both zen and a couple of inches taller;)
