Methodology
I'm here to give you a concise yet in-depth analysis of any principles pertaining to public or private international law that you may be interested in. I have extensively researched areas as diverse as international liability, resource sharing, crimes against humanity, space law, immigration law, conflict of laws (private international law) and law of world heritage.
I will start from first principles, and use numerous contemporary examples to clearly show you the current position of international law, as well as the logical and policy reasons that undermine it.
