About Annie
My name is Annie and I have been a qualified teacher since 2017. I really enjoy getting to know my students, and tailoring my lessons to their interests to make sure they are interesting, engaging and inspiring.
I will work with your child to build their confidence in any subjects they aren't sure about, making sure we go step by step and supporting them the whole way.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching Formula One racing, playing table top board games, and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.

Having spent two years as a year six classroom teacher before moving to Wales and working as a supply teacher across a range of schools and ages, I have gained a wealth of experience within the primary school classroom.
I have an in depth knowledge of the demands of the primary curriculum, and have extensive experience of a variety of teaching methods which can be adapted to suit your child's needs.
My lessons are aimed at children across the primary age range, although I have a specific focus on those in Key Stage 2, particularly those approaching their SATs.
I am happy to cover specific areas of English, or to focus on strengthening a range of reading and writing skills, such as spelling, comprehension or creative writing.
