About Nicola
I have worked as a clinical psychologist for 20 years and recently left my job to concentrate on teaching. I feel passionately about mental healthcare and psychological wellbeing and am committed to raising awareness and helping others develop the skills that we all need to have to look after ourselves. I'm really keen to share my knowledge with others who are perhaps starting out on a career in this field and look forward to learning from others too!

During my job as a clinical psychologist, I have taught about all areas of psychology and mental healthcare to students and professionals. I offer 1hr sessions either 1-1 or group sessions (up to 4 attendees) and use a combination of teaching methods and resources with sessions being as interactive and experiential as possible. I can provide teaching around mental health difficulties, psychological and psychiatric models, formulation and awareness level teaching of a range of psychological interventions and techniques with practical skills at an introductory level.
