About Tanner

I have 19 years of experience teaching Spanish to school and college students with different learning abilities and goals. My passion is helping students become confident communicators while making language learning enjoyable and rewarding. I believe every lesson should encourage curiosity, creativity, and active participation.

My classes include conversation practice, grammar exercises, pronunciation coaching, educational games, vocabulary activities, digital resources, reading exercises, and writing practice. I simplify complex grammar rules with practical examples and encourage students to use Spanish in everyday conversations from the beginning.

I also teach listening comprehension, reading, writing, vocabulary development, pronunciation, conversational Spanish, cultural knowledge, travel Spanish, and exam preparation. Through regular assessments and encouraging feedback, I help students improve continuously while developing confidence in every aspect of the language.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on building confidence and practical communication skills in Spanish. I believe every student learns differently, so I create personalised lessons using Communication, Flexibility, Creativity, Accountability, and Integrity. This approach helps students stay motivated while developing strong language abilities.

I teach Spanish together with Spanish Grammar, Vocabulary Expansion, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Listening Practice, Speaking Practice, Pronunciation, Conversational Spanish, Business Spanish, Travel Spanish, Spanish Culture, and Exam Preparation. These related subjects help students gain complete knowledge of the language.

Communication is an important part of every lesson. Students actively participate in conversations, discussions, pronunciation practice, and listening activities that improve fluency step by step. Grammar is explained using practical examples that are easy to understand.

Flexibility allows me to adapt my teaching methods to suit different learning styles. I provide additional exercises, revision sessions, and personalised support whenever necessary to help students achieve their goals.

Creativity keeps classes interesting by using storytelling, games, videos, quizzes, and real-life situations that encourage active learning. Accountability is maintained through regular assessments, homework, progress reviews, and constructive feedback.
