I am a sanguine by temperament, so my teaching method is more of an interactive session than a dictatorial or despotic one.
I try to make the student learn alongside with me and ask questions frequently when the need arises.
Also,I create a teacher-student environment that is conducive and friendly for the younger ones by explaining to the best of their understanding.
