About Eliza
My name is Eliza and I’m a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Instructor (Level 3). Originally a dancer, I know all about how our body works and how to follow a healthy lifestyle. As a mum of 2 myself, I want to help other women feel good in their bodies and embrace all the changes that will occur. I also teach Ballet Fitness and Stretching.

My lessons are always well-planned and tailored to the needs of my clients. I make sure I create a friendly, non-judgemental environment where women feel confident and relaxed. I create programmes tailored to each client and their pregnancy stage. We focus on core and pelvic floor training. I also teach breathing techniques that carry you through labour and into the postnatal stage.

Eliza is a very good trainer and person respectively! She helped me a lot to achieve my goals and change my lifestyle.
JessicaI have been training with Eliza for the past 2 years. Eliza is always very encouraging and has endless knowledge of her profession. I would recommend Eliza without any hesitation having also met and trained with a couple of other trainers too.
Eliza is very professional, caring and she has helped me a lot during my pregnancy. She is still my instructor in this postnatal phase.
