I am a pre-dental mentor for undergraduate students at Northwestern University so I know how to help people through the DAT process. I have also helped students choose classes, decide what dental schools they want to apply to, and how to get letters of recommendation.

When I started studying for the DAT I mainly used DAT Bootcamp (which I highly recommend). After finishing the lessons, I took a practice test and scored a 19. I kept practicing and studying but regardless of what I did, I kept getting a 19 overall score. I didn’t know what to do so I decided to make quizlets based on each subject. After I did this, I started scoring 21s on each practice test. Eventually, I started getting 23s. When I took the actual test, I got a 25. My study strategies are easy, simple and helped me raise my score by 6 points.
