About Emma
I have been giving private lessons in French, English and mathematics for over 5 years both as a freelance tutor and within an agency. I'm especially good with children and teenagers from all backgrounds and levels. I provide support to improve conversational skills, vocabulary and grammar as well as prepare my students for their exams both in the French and English education systems.

I create my own thematic curriculum, introducing my students to French cultural staples while keeping lessons fun and interesting. With older pupils, I like to offer a mix of creative writing tasks, reading comprehension and debating exercises to improve both their oral and written expression. I usually ask my students to complete short and simple tasks in between lessons in order to ensure that they are practicing their French during the week. My lessons can go from 30-minute-long to 2-hour-long sessions.
