I am a powerlifter from India. Won many medals still competing and training students.
With good knowledge of strengthening program, muscle building program, fat loss program, powerlifting program and powerbuilding program.
I'm , a highly motivated and enthusiastic fitness professional with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. As a personal trainer with 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I possess a deep understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and behavior change.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and fitness levels, from beginners to athletes. My training style is centered around creating personalized, goal-oriented programs that cater to each client's unique needs and preferences.

In addition to my technical expertise, I'm an excellent communicator, motivator, and problem-solver. I thrive in fast-paced environments, and my positive energy is contagious!

I'm excited about the opportunity to join your team as a gym coach and contribute my skills, experience, and passion to helping your clients achieve their fitness goals.
