About Scarlett

Hi there! I'm Scarlett, a graduate of University of Glasgow, studying MSc management. I studied Translation and Interpretation in my undergraduate programme, so I'm quite well in both English and Chinese. I got the Certificate of Putonghua Proficiency Test Level II, Grade A and also the Certificate of China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters Level Ⅲ. I had been an English teacher for a year, thus I do know some techniques when it comes to learn a new language.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology differs from different students. Firstly I will get to know the student and understand which level is he/she in now, and I will adjust my plan for him/her. According to what the student's need (for business or study purpose), I will choose different textbooks and put the emphasis on what the student needs.

Very rarely do you find a service so professional yet so friendly. I had contacted at least a dozen of other people before I met Scarlett on the search of an english tutor and it was immediately clear that she was head and shoulders above the rest. To cut a long story short, I have done the leg work trying to find a private tutor so you don't have to ;-) I 100% recommend this tutor
