About Erica
I am a graduate student in contrastive linguistics of Italian and German. I graduated in linguistic and contrastive studies at the Heinrich-heine University in Düsseldorf, Germany, where I received a Daf certification to teach German as a foreign language. Since my arrival in Germany I have given private classes in Italian and my PhD thesis deals with the process of learning the Italian language.

My teaching method is communicative. In this method, great importance is given to the ability to communicate adequately in different communicative contexts. It is characterized by the use of real texts in the classes, by learning through the interaction and by taking into account the personal experiences of the students. My classes usually include activities that help improve fluency and develop the functions of the language, without forgetting to acquire good use of grammar and pronunciation. My classes are aimed at students of all levels.
