About Gudrun
I have completed a Diploma in Counselling, a Bachelor of Art Degree in Human Services and Australian Indigenous Studies and am currently studying towards my PhD. English is my second language, I worked hard but being determent and self-encouraging has helped me and others who have been working and studying with me in the past. My own proud story of achieving certain goals in life would make me a very good choice of becoming a tutor. I offer hope and encouragement to people on their journey to achieve good education and their set goals. I have taught German to a variety of people on a private level. The students were able to communicate with confidence as beginners, given they had no German language skills before.
My English communication skills are very good; I can work out study plans with students and I have very good computer skills.

For me language has to be enjoyable yet informative and motivational. I prefer natural approach to reducing the emphasis on grammar. Listening, speaking, writing. Although, grammar is a very important part in a foreign language, I do not believe in grammar drilling. I also believe in vocabulary fun games to check the understanding of students vocabulary topics.
