My lessons emphasize hands-on experience through group projects and simulated stakeholder interviews.

I hold a Masters in Business Analytics and Big Data from the University of Liverpool and have over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst across various industries. I'm certified in Business Analysis (BCS Foundation) and as a ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA). My experience includes mentoring new recruits at Deloitte.
