About Serema
Have worked in early childhood education for over 10 years but gave that up to follow my dream career Towards Psychology, Humanitarian Aid, and Community Development. I am a student Studying cert IV in Mental Health and when to support others to create a positive mindset for the purpose of their personal development to be the best they can be in whatever they want to do in life.

Methodology:
1. Focus on areas on Self-Awareness – Own Knowledge of Lifeskills – Understanding of life in General – Motivation – Drive – Strategical Plan – Solutions – Action and Evaluation for continuous improvement for the purpose of safe, secure, supportive, equal, and quality life opportunities for each individual to meet their needs and wants.
2. Team Work - In every area where needed. Spent time with individuals or groups with a focussed on, “Person-Centred Approach,” as well as, “Holistic approach.” Self-Expression through own personal interests in life allows one to have a voice to tell their stories of who they are and want for their future or life in general.
3. Connection to building trusting relationships through warm, welcoming, meaningful, and engaging positive interactions.
4. Observation, Listen, Communication.
