i am a UK certified mat pilates instructor & holistic nutrition coach. my passion lies in helping people feel their best through mindful movement and nourishing food. i believe that movement has the power to transform your mental state and should be something you enjoy. i never regret a workout and my goal is for you to feel the same. i hope you leave every class feeling uplifted and confident in your body.

About the lesson

mindful movement to help you feel your best inside out. my approach focuses on strengthening and toning the muscles, increasing core strength, and improving posture, balance & coordination. every session includes a warm up, workout, cool down, as well as a bonus relaxation at the end for a well-rounded experience.

Neerja is very good at teaching pilates. She has a gentle and measured approach towards her students, guaging what we can do comfortably and at the same time gently pushing us to do a bit more.
I really appreciate her use of keywords like specifying which muscle or area we are working on while doing the exercises and having control over our breath. Also encourages us to build that connection between our mind and muscles.
Great learning experience overall and I am very happy with my progress.
