About Jess

I am a personal and group fitness trainer with backgrounds in Yoga, Dance Fitness and Barre/Pilates. I graduated with Honours from the Fitness program at Mohawk College and enjoy working with students of all age demographics and abilities. I have been leading individual and group classes for almost 10 years.

About the lesson

I base each session on the needs of the client (You!). We start our journey by discussing what you are looking for in your sessions (weight loss, muscle toning, mobility, balance, injury management or prevention). Over the weeks and months I keep track of your progress and adjust the program according to your progression. I am passionate about working with others to make them feel comfortable and safe during exercise execution. I firmly believe in injury prevention and maintaining proper posture to achieve optimal results that will leave you feeling more stable and confident.

I had never tried yoga before I met Jess back in 2016. From there we did daily yoga classes together. She was a fantastic teacher and was extremely knowledgable. Jess has a wonderful ability in being able to explain every move, its benefits and the areas it is targeting. She explained everything very well and I found myself really progressing and developing my skills. As soon as I met Jess I found her passion and drive very inspiring and I was very lucky to not only learn yoga skills but also build a beautiful friendship with her. Jess is a very kind and patient person with a beautiful soul.
