About Carolina
I offer private and small group Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation sessions which can be tailored to your needs. I can help you to build a strong core, improve overall strength and flexibility. I have a background in physiotherapy allowing me to deeply understand and modify the exercises for you. I'm also a certified Yoga instructor and Pilates instructor with 4 years of experience teaching. My focus is holistic wellness. I believe in creating harmony in our mind, body, and soul through conscious living. I want to share my passions with you and teach you about movement, learn to move your body more efficiently and pain-free.

Classes are Ashtanga based and run for 60 min, you will receive a hands-on adjustment and a profound understanding of the poses and corrections useful for your own practice. We will work in the comfort of your home with some small props that I will provide.

Carolinas understanding of the body is excellent. She always knows exactly what I need to work on to relieve any niggles I have. I leave her classes feeling both zen and a couple of inches taller;)
