About Lucy
I am a piano tutor with 10 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Pedagogy. Music has been an important part of my life for many years, and teaching allows me to share that passion with learners of all ages.
My teaching philosophy combines structure with encouragement. I believe students achieve their best results when they understand music deeply while enjoying every stage of learning. Lessons are always adapted to individual goals and learning styles.
Outside teaching, I enjoy performing, exploring new piano repertoire, and studying different musical traditions. These experiences help me create inspiring lessons that support both technical growth and artistic confidence.

My piano lessons combine technical learning with enjoyable musical experiences. Students begin by learning correct posture, hand coordination, rhythm, note reading, and finger independence through carefully planned activities. I use simple explanations and engaging exercises so learners understand each concept before moving forward. Every lesson encourages curiosity, patience, and consistent improvement.
As students progress, we explore scales, chords, arpeggios, sight reading, pedal control, musical interpretation, and expressive performance. Lessons also include rhythm training, duet playing, improvisation, and listening exercises that strengthen overall musicianship. Personalized practice strategies help students make steady progress between lessons while keeping motivation high.
My goal is to help students become confident musicians who enjoy expressing themselves through piano. Every lesson develops creativity, technical ability, and musical understanding while making learning rewarding and enjoyable.
