About Juan

10 years of one to one tutoring. I have prepared students for all ABRSM and Trinity College exams including GRADES and DIPLOMAS with 100% success rate. I also train other teachers entering for Masters at RCM and RAM. I believe in a modern approach to music learning that's why I encourage my students to develop a their own taste for music. I also give my students the option of start making their own videos here in my studio where I have all the necessary equipment.

Excellent! This was my first ever piano lesson, I felt I learnt a lot and made great progress in the one hour. I enjoyed my time with the tutor, and feel he could help me improve. The reasons I am not going to take lessons forward is that I feel more could be done to have learnt about me before the lesson, where I had gotten up to, my expectations etc. All of which was done in the lesson itself, which could have been done before.

I also appreciated talking directly to Juan who was out in Spain, and the week music trips did sound amazing. But I still felt part of a process rather than part of an education. I am sorry I am unable to be more specific than that. I am sorry it was not for me, I will be continuing my search for the teacher I want.
