About Talya
I graduated from Avni Akyol Fine Arts High School. I am studying Composition under the Department of Sound Arts Design at Yıldız Technical University. In 2019-2020, I studied Film Music Composition at Saint Louis College of Music in Rome, Italy. I have 5 Piano and Music Thery certificates from Royal Academy of Music, which I obtained by taking exams in Turkey in my childhood. During my teaching career, I prepared many of my students for these exams. In addition to piano lessons, I also give flute , solfege, music theory lessons.

In my 7 years of teaching experience, I have taught many private lessons, courses, art centers and schools. I have worked with children aged 3-16 and adults. I taught piano lessons in kindergarten for 2 years. For this reason, I have developed a method that includes games, coloring and stickers that allow children to have fun and love music while learning. While conducting the lessons, I observe each child's intelligence, understanding and ability, and I train each one in a unique way. In my work with adults, we proceed with two different methods depending on the student's preference. The first one is based on classical western music after gaining basic piano skills. The second one is for another musical style (pop, rock, etc.) preferred by the student. If there are specific pieces that they wants to play, we follow a basic training for those pieces.
