Hi,
I understand there are many approaches to fitness training. The reason I follow my particular method is that it focuses on sustainable progress rather than quick results. Every exercise, progression, and recovery strategy is selected based on your current fitness level, goals, and ability to perform movements safely.
My aim is not just to make you work hard during a session, but to ensure you build strength, improve fitness, and reduce the risk of injury over the long term. I continuously monitor your progress and adjust the program according to your body’s response rather than using a one-size-fits-all plan.
I would encourage you to follow the program consistently for a few weeks and evaluate it based on the results you experience. If at any point you have concerns or questions, I’m always happy to explain the reasoning behind any exercise or training decision.
Your progress is my priority, and every aspect of the program is designed with that goal in mind.
