About Natalie

My name is Natalia Efthymiopoulou and I am currently a Physiotherapy student, so health and fitness is my passion! I would love to be able to hold fun and engaging Fitness classes, always ensuring that they are fun and effective!

About the lesson

In our classes, we will be bringing the fun into fitness! I always love to incorporate dancing and music into my classes. We will make sure to work out and sweat as well as have lots of fun while doing so!
