About Rahul
I am a Final Year Physiotherapist in UAE, a decade back after my first graduation I was struggling with confusion, chaos so I was recommended by my friend to try Yoga (Breathing and Meditation) where I met my Guru/teacher who bestowed me the skill of breathing exercises that he learned for years in Himalayas he taught me the art of how to help students dwell into meditation not teaching them mechanical steps or with music. I have worked with people from different goals from patients to corporate executives. Most students who practiced other forms of breathing exercises admitted that they didn’t have this level of transformation. And it wasn’t limited to a couple of people I personally trained 100s of students. Who had the same level of transformation. Which led me to pursue it on a scientific level that is evidence-based which led me to physiotherapy.

My classes are for individuals above 30 years who need to change their state from Sympathetic to Parasympathetic. That helps your body to repair and heal.
How I do it?
Understanding the core reason, personalizing the teaching on the assessment of your posture, specific muscle stiffness, breathing pattern.
Then I create a personalized plan. That transforms you into energetic, calm and more in control of yourself. That reflects on your work, relationships, and health.
Per Session is of 45 mins. (1st session might be extended to understand your concern fully)
