About Vino (Catherine)
I have graduated with a First Class Honours in BSc Economics with academic direction from the top 3 Universities for Economics in the UK and with an MSc Economics degree with several Distinctions. My research lies in Mathematical Finance and Machine Learning. Some of my research work focus on volatility modeling and I am an active researcher who collaborates with leading mathematicians . Always open to having a chat with you to discuss more about research areas etc.
As for teaching, I cater to students from all Universities and I specialise in teaching Econometrics, Statistics, topics within Mathematical Finance, Macroeconomic, Microeconomics and Python . I would also be able to provide mentorship and guide you when it comes to applying for University-level programmes or even with crafting Personal Statements based on your experiences.

I cater to students from all Universities/ schools and I specialise in teaching Econometrics, Statistics, topics within Mathematical Finance, Macroeconomic, Microeconomics and Python. My approach to teaching borrows from the Socratic approach of question-centric teaching. Additionally, I understand that there are various learning methodologies and I firmly believe that as long as you can identify your learning style, you would be able to get better results with minimal effort on your part. This is one area I could help you in besides teaching you the concepts you need to know regarding the subject. With numerous teaching and research experiences, I have been told that I am good at breaking down complex concepts and explaining them in bite-size form for my students. Within Economics, I primarily cover Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Econometrics as these areas are areas where I excel. So, feel free to ask some of your burning questions; I would be happy to assist you.

Excellent tutor who taught me Macroeconomics during my 1st year of University. Catherine also helped me with my Personal Statement when I was applying to various Universities and I cannot recommend her enough! She is excellent at what she does.
Ms. Catherine previously taught me Mathematics for A-Levels and Economics and Mathematics during my Undergraduate studies. I am glad I have her as my tutor as she is excellent with teaching concepts such that I understand them. My lessons are a minimum of 1 hour. Happy to provide the first 30 mins for free* for only the first lesson. I look forward to meeting you. Rates are different from the base rates quoted based on the levels. A Levels (online) - £30/hr, Bachelors (online) - £45/hr, Masters (online) £50/hr.
