About Saad

I am Saad, a finance lecturer and tutor with a PhD in Finance
from Queen Mary University of London, where my studies were
fully funded in recognition of academic merit. I also hold an
MSc in International Financial Management from Queen Mary,
awarded with Distinction, and a BSc in Accounting and Finance
from Lahore University of Management Sciences, where I
achieved 7 As at O Level and 3 As at A Level.

I currently hold a permanent lecturing position in Accounting
and Finance at Ulster University Business School, where I
teach Financial Management, Corporate Finance, and Digital
Skills for Accounting and Data Analytics. I have previously
taught at Queen Mary University of London, University College
London, Birkbeck University of London, and the University of
Northampton, giving me broad and sustained experience of
teaching diverse student cohorts across a wide range of
subjects and levels.

I hold Associate Fellowship with Advance HE, a formal
recognition of my commitment to excellence in teaching
practice, and I serve as an External Examiner at Bangor
University, which involves moderating academic standards
across assessed work. I am also a current CFA Level 1
candidate, ensuring my professional knowledge of finance
and investment remains current and practically relevant.

Beyond university teaching, I deliver professional training
in Accounting, Finance, and Data Analytics to corporate
clients through BMC Consulting and London Premier Centre,
which means I am equally comfortable working with
professionals seeking to develop their financial knowledge
as I am with students at school and university level.

I am patient, structured, and genuinely passionate about
helping students reach their potential. I take pride in
making complex subjects feel accessible and manageable,
and I am committed to supporting every student I work

About the lesson

I am a finance lecturer and mathematics tutor with a PhD in
Finance from Queen Mary University of London and over five
years of teaching experience across multiple UK universities
including Ulster University, University College London, Queen
Mary, Birkbeck, and the University of Northampton. I also
deliver professional corporate training through BMC Consulting
and London Premier Centre, and am a current CFA Level 1
candidate.

I offer personalised one-to-one online tutoring in Economics,
Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, and Financial Modelling for
students at all levels — from GCSE and A Level through to
undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, and professional exam
preparation including CFA.

For Mathematics I support students from GCSE foundation
through to A Level and undergraduate level, covering algebra,
calculus, statistics, probability, trigonometry, and
quantitative methods. I have a strong track record of helping
students who find Maths challenging build genuine confidence
and understanding through patient, step-by-step explanation
and plenty of guided practice.

My teaching approach is structured, patient, and tailored to
each individual student. I begin every new engagement by
identifying exactly where the gaps are, then build a focused
plan working systematically through content and exam technique
together. I believe that once a student genuinely understands
the reasoning behind a concept rather than just memorising
steps, their confidence and performance improve significantly.

Typical lessons run for one hour, though I am flexible and
happy to accommodate shorter or longer sessions depending on
the student's needs and preferences.

I have supported students through GCSE and A Level Economics
and Mathematics, undergraduate and postgraduate Finance and
Accounting modules, dissertation and research project
supervision at Masters and Doctoral level, and professional
qualification preparation. Whether you are preparing for an
upcoming exam, catching up on missed content, building
foundations before a new course, or aiming for the highest
grades, I would be delighted to help you reach your goals.
