Fernando is an excellent teacher. He is conscientious, reliable and very skilled at adapting lessons and materials to the requirements of the learner at an appropriate level. I’ve really enjoyed learning Spanish with him - he keeps lessons light-hearted and fun, which makes a big difference. I recently had the chance to put my Spanish into practice in Barcelona and it was amazing to be able to use what I’ve learned to speak with people in Spain. It really showed me how much progress I’ve made thanks to his teaching.

I highly value Fernando’s teaching and motivational skills. I’ve known Fernando since I started taking Spanish lessons at my local college. The lessons were class room style but were quickly interrupted by COVID and school closures. I have been an Online student ever since. I am learning Spanish in my 60’s purely for enjoyment and conversation whilst a I spend a few months each year in Spain. I am not the quickest student, however Fernando adapts to my pace and tailors his teaching to what I really want/ need.
