About Tekio

We were a simple group of sports science student friends who were tired of the training methods in conventional gyms. We always wondered why the same outdated gym methods kept repeating themselves and how they could create something new and exciting that would really help people improve their fitness.

Some of our close ones trusted us for this project and the method turned out to be highly effective, in the group we realized that we had created something special.

About the lesson

We are an online consultancy that offers short/medium/long-term sports planning, adapting to the objectives of our clients.

Our services are our identity brand, we are based on the ability to adapt. Looking for the best adaptations for our clients while we adapt to your daily life so that you really make great progress in the long term, without pre-assigned or generic training.
Intended for EVERYONE, no matter your age or situation, you will achieve your goals, whether high performance or quality of life.
