About Nieve
Hello! I’m Nieve — a certified Shiatsu Massage Therapist, trained and certified in Germany, with a deep passion for holistic wellness and nervous system support.
Over the years, I’ve helped both children and adults find more balance, calm, and connection through Shiatsu therapy, combining traditional Eastern techniques with a modern understanding of stress, emotion, and the body-mind connection.
My approach is gentle and intuitive, focusing on helping you release tension, restore your natural energy flow, and feel more grounded in your daily life.
In addition to hands-on Shiatsu practice, I also offer coaching sessions and self-care guidance, empowering you with simple techniques to continue your healing process at home.
Whether you’re looking for stress relief, emotional balance, or deeper body awareness, I provide a safe and calming space where you can slow down, reconnect, and restore harmony within yourself.

Each Shiatsu coaching session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes and is designed to help you deeply relax, release stress, and support your nervous system.
The initial free session serves as an assessment, where we explore your current challenges — such as stress, tension, emotional overwhelm, or energy imbalance. During this session, we’ll discuss your needs, lifestyle, and patterns so I can tailor the Shiatsu approach specifically to you.
After this first paid session, you’ll receive a personalized self-care PDF, including simple Shiatsu-based techniques and calming practices you can do at home to continue your healing process.
If you’d like to go deeper, you can book a follow-up session to continue working on specific areas, integrate new routines, and maintain your sense of balance and calm over time. See below for my package options if you would like to have continued support.
My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and more connected to your body through gentle, intentional touch and mindful self-care.
