About Anne

I started studying health, healing, trauma, and nutrition in my teens and spent years managing a few health stores, with ten years running a Natural Foods section. I have written books, blogs, articles, taught workshops and put on two Cancer Prevention Forums - all-day events with speakers and exhibitors. The last few years, I have been creating a line of natural body care products, as well as being part of a group who put on two Living Well Festivals.
Along the way, I have worked on healing my traumas, and other health-related issues. We are all responsible for ourselves and our health, yet seeking the help of an expert with many years of experience and knowledge can really give you a great start!

About the lesson

Each person is unique, so tell me what challenges you are facing with your health, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I also take into account the stressors of our life, the traumas we hold in our bodies, simple ways to help prevent cancer, how to add exercise, which types are best for you, quick ways to help with stress, which supplements are good for you, and so much more.
I have years of knowledge and experience both in my career and with my personal health.

I will be away until next week Monday, October 26th. Classes can be done online, on camera, or even in person (with a gas fee), in the Fraser Valley area of BC.
