Hi, I'm Philip! I’m a patient and detail-oriented instructor who enjoys helping people understand skills in a simple, practical way.

My approach to billiards is focused on building strong fundamentals rather than simply telling you what to do. I’ll explain the reasoning behind your stance, stroke, aiming, cue-ball control, and shot selection so you can understand what you're doing and become more consistent.

Whether you're picking up a cue for the first time or looking to improve your game, I’ll tailor each lesson to your current skill level and goals. My goal is to help you become more confident at the table and develop skills you can continue to build on.

About the lesson

Whether you're completely new to billiards or already have some experience, I'll help you build better fundamentals and play with more confidence.

We'll work on:

- Proper stance, grip, and cue alignment
- Developing a smooth and consistent stroke
- Aiming and making cleaner shots
- Cue-ball control and positioning
- Understanding angles, speed, and spin
- Basic position play and shot selection
- Common mistakes and how to correct them
- Building consistency through practical drills

Lessons are focused on understanding why a shot works, not just memorizing techniques. We'll practice situations you actually encounter during a game so you can apply what you learn at the table.

Whether your goal is to learn the basics, improve your consistency, or become a stronger overall player, lessons will be adapted to your current skill level and goals.
