About Valeriia
I’m a dedicated movement and bodywork practitioner with a strong foundation in international certifications and years of hands-on practice. My journey began through personal challenges — from feeling physically unstable and disconnected to creating a body that feels strong, fluid, adaptable, and alive. This experience shaped the way I work today: with depth, precision, and respect for the body’s intelligence.
I believe that true transformation happens when we stop fighting the body and start listening to it. As movement quality improves, so does quality of life—bringing more energy, confidence, emotional stability, and a greater sense of being fully alive.
