About Christian

After a successful career in the creative industry, I retrained as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor in 2008. Since then, I’ve built a successful business helping people feel stronger, move better and get more out of life through personalised fitness and Pilates.

I specialise in working with clients over 40, understanding that everyone has different goals, challenges and ambitions. But great coaching has no age limit — my youngest client is 17, and my eldest is almost 80!

Based across West London and South Bucks, I cover Harrow, Hillingdon and the surrounding areas. I can come to you, or you can visit The Pod, our unique studio in the heart of Hillingdon Village.

Whatever your starting point, I’ll help you discover what you’re capable of, building your confidence and achieving results that make a real difference.
