Perfect! If you like to be pushed to your limits (in healthy degrees), Bryan is the guy. He, as a person, is very welcoming, friendly and open minded, and as a trainer can be as demanding as your body can handle it if you enjoy that - I certainly do. He has a method and sticks to it, with a friendly and genuine smile on his face.

On top of everything, he is very knowledgeable.

As a person he is welcoming, friendly, and open minded (I would pay just to converse with him if I was wealthy), and as a trainer he can be as demanding as you like - I certainly want that. He has a method, a no bs approach, and sticks to it.
