About Omar
I’m Omar, a 26-year-old dentist by profession—but my real passion has always been fitness. From a young age, I fell in love with the world of training, and over the years, through constant learning, hands-on experience, and discipline, I was able to completely transform my health, my physique, and ultimately my entire lifestyle. That transformation didn’t just change how I look—it changed how I see myself. My confidence, my mindset, everything leveled up.
And because I’ve lived this journey myself, I know exactly how powerful it can be. I also know how overwhelming and time-consuming it can feel when you’re trying to figure it all out alone. I’ve made the mistakes, wasted the time, and learned things the hard way—so you don’t have to.
