I'm a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience, holding certifications in 3 & IV, boxing, and Functional training, and a student of Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at ACU.
Former basketball player and Coach.
I am focused on techniques, mobility, strength, and body weight loss. I have experience with seniors population, people with ADHD, and NDIS.
If you need to get better mobility, and strength without injuries. And don't feel tired or a lot of pain.
I am available in areas inner west area and the Strathfield/Burwood area.
