About Jorge Ricardo
I trained martial arts for 15 years, competed in disciplines such as Karate, Cycling, Athletics, CrossFit, Sport Climbing. I was certified by the National Sports Commission as a Fitness Trainer. I studied Biological Foundations of Sports Training with the IMDECUF, and I have 9 years of experience as a personal trainer.
