About Jeson

Former top athlete I started the sport young and that's what allowed me to beat my complex (the over-weight). I practiced American football, I participated in a European Cup in Germany and a World Cup in Kuwait. I like practicing any kind of sport as it is: running, fighting sports, CrossFit, and other sports for fun and curiosity!

About the lesson

My training method is based on dynamic, intense and endurance efforts. What should interest people who need to lose weight, get in shape, talk, improve their fitness, ... For this I use movements to body weight or with small equipment such as: elastic band, rhythm scale, suspension strap, kettlebell, ...
