About ANGEL
I have over 12 years of experience in strength and bodybuilding training, in addition to practicing disciplines such as karate, kickboxing, swimming, and calisthenics. This experience has allowed me to develop a broad perspective on training and understand that each person needs a different approach. My approach always begins with an initial assessment to understand your physical condition, your goals, your previous experience, and any limitations or injuries that may affect your training. From there, I design a progressive and personalized plan, paying special attention to technique, strength, mobility, body composition, and injury recovery. I don't work with generic routines or quick fixes. My goal is for you to understand what you're doing, progress safely, and achieve results that you can maintain over time. I believe in demanding, but also intelligent, training: improving your physique, gaining confidence, moving better, and feeling more capable in your daily life.

I've been training practically my entire life, and seriously for over 12 years in strength and bodybuilding. I've also practiced karate, kickboxing, swimming, and calisthenics, which has allowed me to understand training from different angles: strength, body control, endurance, technique, and discipline. Sport has always been one of the most important tools in my life. It has helped me develop confidence, consistency, balance, and resilience. That's why I want to use my experience to help others build a stronger version of themselves. My approach is based on a simple idea: everyone needs training tailored to their individual circumstances. Before we begin, I analyze your starting point, how you move, your needs, and the goals you want to achieve. From there, we'll work to build a strong, functional, and balanced physique, improving technique, performance, and body composition through realistic and sustainable progression. I believe in training with intention, commitment, and a clear mind. Because it's not just about looking better, but about feeling stronger, more capable, and having greater control over your own body.
