I am a Personal Trainer and Boxing coach based in West London (Park Royal Puregym). I have been a working PT for 6 years now and have been training and mentoring all ages. Alongside I have been a working Boxing Coach for 4 years now having worked with a lot of people in the boxing scene and out of it. All PT sessions are one hour long. Private Boxing sessions are either one hour or 30 mins long depending on the option you choose to buy. For clients that are new and want to join the gym, please be aware only the ages of 16 and over are allowed. If you want to train your child I am more than happy to train them outside of the gym either in a park or at home! :)

- I really enjoyed training Sara! She’s really easy to get along with and easy to communicate with her, which I loved! We outlined what needs to be done in order to reach her goals and I am looking forward to working and training with her! :)Ibrahim's response :
