Well, speaking of studies, I am a recent engineering student, but all my life I have liked exercising and sports. Since I was a child I started playing soccer, basketball, then I started going to the gym and doing different types of exercise in the park, I have always liked to do something or practice something, so as not to have a sedentary life, since it is good to have some physical activity to health! or if it is by choice for the pleasure of looking in a better way!

Well, the way in which we will work will depend on the person if it is a personal training and what they want to obtain, with exercises at home that we can all do in any way, be it a beginner, intermediate or more advanced exercises. Depending on what we want to strengthen, whether it is strength, agility, elasticity, or resistance, it will be by series of different types of exercise and we will work the whole body during the week. In group work we can exercise a general plan for everyone during the week! with different types of exercises, whether combined, whether it be muscle reinforcement, cardio, working legs, shoulders, chest, etc. or exercises to maintain good endurance. We will take the results into account! The classes can be online or we can give you the routine and have a follow-up depending on how you want to see it, I will be a form of support so that we do not continue this quarantine saying next Monday, if not today start!
