About Francesco
SPECIALIZED in the WELL-BEING of one's body, I have always loved sharing everything I have studied with other people.
I started training when I was 11, and I played many sports: volleyball, athletics, football, fencing, tennis and swimming.
I didn't like myself very much physically and the workouts didn't bring the results I wanted on an aesthetic level.
So at 18 I discovered weight room training, and I haven't stopped since.
My goal today is to make people feel FIT and comfortable with their bodies, in the name of movement and PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.
I always try to get the most out of people.
It is rewarding for me to help others, and I have always put my all into making my clients' DREAMS come true.
