About Mukul
I am working as a platinum personal trainer in Fitness first, Saket for past 9 years. I am a certified fitness and wellness professional from ACE. I combine contemporary fitness with Yoga and other ancient mind-body techniques to bring out the real potential of every human being which is contentment, peace and bliss itself. I love to train and help people on 1:1 basis as a Fitness/Wellness Trainer and Lifestyle management consultant be it from their homes, park or their fitness clubs. Moreover, I take group classes in these programs as well: Yoga, core training, kids fitness and functional training. Counselling, including fat loss, strength training, endurance training, body tone, hypertension, stress, type 2 diabetes, yoga, meditation.
