I am a certified personal trainer, barre instructor, and nutrition coach with a lifelong passion for fitness. My approach focuses on helping clients build consistent, sustainable routines that support a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I believe that training should be both effective and empowering, allowing individuals to feel stronger, more confident, and connected to their bodies.
In my sessions—whether one-on-one or in a group setting—I combine strength training, barre techniques, and mindful movement, always emphasizing proper form, progression, and the importance of understanding the “why” behind each exercise. I tailor each workout to the individual’s level, goals, and needs, ensuring a supportive and motivating environment.
