Accountability (most people quit — my clients don’t)
Training Options:
• In-Person: I’ll come to your preferred location or we workout at my gym. (Limited spots available).
• Online Program: Get a fully customized training plan to workout on your own schedule with my full support on your workouts + cardio + diet.

The rates are per session. Each session is usually an hour and 15-20 minutes.
I offer online coaching and training sessions, and for clients who want full transformation, I also provide structured 3- and 6-month programs after our first session.
